We seek clients that are seasoned operating partners and managers with specialized knowledge and skills in a specific market or industry. We choose our operating partners very carefully and conduct extensive due diligence on their capabilities and track record.
The operating partner typically contributes a meaningful amount of equity capital to the transaction relative to its total net worth, and most of its compensation is tied to the success of the venture.
We intensively manage our operating partner relationships and, drawing from the diverse expertise and resources of our management team, offer them guidance and assistance when developing and executing business plans and financing strategies.
